Stockings Hung with Care, Revisited

Apparently I like making stockings. After making these last year, I decided I didn’t like them. Or not that I didn’t like them, but that I wanted new ones maybe. I had every intention of making a new wreath this year. I like making a new large-ish Christmas decorating project each year. I think my problem with the stockings is that I have yet to make stockings that match our 50s, kitsch Christmas theme around here. I still don’t think I’ve done it, but I am really happy with them. I basically copied these gorgeous stockings I found while browsing.

I love it! It turned out even more beautiful than your inspiration, and I bet you paid nothing close to what it would have cost you to buy them! I just bought myself an early Christmas present…the book “One Yard Wonders.” I love it! It is SO fun and has great projects!
