Cale and Katie’s Wedding
September 29th, 2009
These are some pictures of my brother and new sister-in-law’s wedding. My mom designed and handmade most of the decorations you see; she’s very crafty, too. I helped out with the cupcake stand and assembly of everything on the day-of. It was an absolutely gorgeous ceremony, reception, and day. The bride and groom couldn’t have been more perfect.
The whole wedding was held at the Lairmont Manor in Bellingham, a perfect place for a wedding. We rented a few large houses on the ocean for everyone to stay at and had a few days of visiting and partying with family and friends before and after the wedding–so fun and so smart!

Your family is so talented! I’m thinking you and your mom should go into business…wedding designers, what do you think? I love the way the colors turned out (pink and black), it really came through beautifully!

I love love love your site – so useful and energetic!
This wedding was a summer wedding, if it were a winter wedding, what color schemes, patterns, and styles would you choose?
Also, what is your favorite season? (I’m assuming your wedding was during your favorite season?)

So pretty. I love all the details and the color scheme.
I didn’t know you had a crafty Mom too. How cool.

I love the weddings styling. I have looked at the extended pics on Flickr and I still don’t fully comprehend all of the amazing details. Tell your mom I loved it all and would love to chat about some of the particulars. So beautiful. I also can not explain how tickled I was to see Uly in the little woodsy knit bag. He is so cute. We should plan a walk, I’d love to see you. blessings
