Bath Semi Re-do
August 29th, 2006
Our bathroom was in severe need of a pickmeup. It’s not cute. In fact, it’s pretty dingy. So, I made a flower arrangement to match the new rug I made, which says Go-Fight-Win. I thought it would be nice to see a cheer as I step out of the shower before beginning the day. Did you see that Starbucks commercial where the band “Survivor” sings to the man on his way to work? For a while, Ryan and I would sing that to whomever managed to get out of the house first, our voices echoing down the stairwell. I made this rug in the same spirit.

Dacia, how cute! I always say, anything in my house is better if it has a story behind it. This definitely does (a cute one at that!). I love that its a white bathroom with these spots of brights in it. Great job!

That’s cute. My bathroom could also use a pick-me-up. Maybe matching shower curtains in the future?

I love this! Is it all fabric? Did you use something between the pieces (batting?). Love it.
