Hooter Hider
May 31st, 2011

I whipped this hooter hider up for a new mom. I am never sure about these things (breastfeeding is such a touchy topic). I found mine very useful–especially in those early days when I was not entirely sure what I was doing and then again later when baby would get very distracted without it, or even to mop up whathaveyou in a pinch. These are very easy to make; they just require about a yard of fabric, some boning, and a D-ring. I folded the yard in half and stitched along three sides, encasing the boning at the top and attaching the seamed binding. Easy! I had the fabric on hand for some linens I had planned on making and then never did, too.
